About Us

At K&S Cleaning Solutions, we take pride in delivering cleaning services to the highest standards. We are fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

Pricing

  • Monthly cleans start from £100.

  • Deep cleans start from £150.

All prices include cleaning products, equipment, and insurance. Prices are fixed, non-negotiable, and we do not offer price matching. We operate a minimum 2 hour call out rule.

We love rewarding our regulars! Book with us consistently and enjoy a 10% discount on every 5th clean.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your clean. We will return to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds are not provided.

Before We Begin

We will arrange a property visit to discuss your cleaning requirements and assess the work involved.
Following this, you will receive a written quote via email detailing:

  • The scope of cleaning to be carried out

  • A fixed price for the agreed work

On the Day of Your Clean

  • We respectfully request that you remain in a separate room while cleaning is carried out.

  • We will clean under and around large furniture where possible; however, we cannot move very heavy or bulky items such as wardrobes and sofas. If you would like these areas cleaned, please move the furniture in advance.

  • We are unable to clean properties with an active infestation (e.g., rodents, fleas).

Payment

  • Full payment (minus any deposit) is due on the day of your clean.

  • Payment can be made in advance if preferred.

  • Persistent late payment may result in termination of services.

  • Payment is by bank transfer only. Invoices are available upon request.

Photographs & Social Media

We may take ‘before and after’ photographs for client records. We will always seek your permission before sharing images online for promotional purposes. This is entirely at your discretion.

Confidentiality

All client information is strictly confidential. We will not disclose that we clean for you or discuss any details of our work with third parties.

Deposits

A 20% non-transferable deposit is required to secure bookings for one-off or deep cleans.
This deposit secures your booking date and is not transferable to another date, customer, or property.
If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

We occasionally take holiday and will provide advance notice of any changes to availability.

Cancellations

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean will incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.

  • If you or someone in your household is unwell, please inform us immediately to rearrange your clean.

  • If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
